Hey Friend, glàd to meet you.

This menu is a collection of stories from my travels, from Taipei to Toronto, and everywhere in between. Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and Europe — I’ve had many cherished memories through meals with family and friends, and each dish here brings me back to a distinct moment.

At glàd, it’s more than just a dining experience. It’s about connection. Sitting at a table, exchanging stories, and feeling at home — no matter where you’re from.

Openness is always the soul of this space. We respect every culture, every flavour, every story.

I feel lucky to have built my home here in Toronto, through something as simple and powerful as a shared meal.
